Appointment Scheduling & Guidelines:
New Patient Appointments:
– Initial consultations are scheduled for 1-2 hours to allow comprehensive assessment
– Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork
– Bring completed intake forms (available for download) to your first visit
– Allow extra time for your first appointment as we discuss your health history in detail

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
24-Hour Notice Required:
– Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
– This allows us to offer your appointment time to other patients in need
– Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
Emergency Situations:
– We understand that true emergencies occur
– Please call as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment
– Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
No-Show Policy:
– Failure to appear for scheduled appointments without notice may result in a fee
– Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future appointments
– We reserve the right to discharge patients who consistently miss appointments
Punctuality Guidelines:
Arrival Times:
– Please arrive 15 minutes early for first appointments
– Arrive 5-10 minutes early for follow-up appointments
– Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time
– Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled

– Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture: Varies based on treatment
– Tui Na with Tools: Varies based on techniques used
– Kansa Vatri Foot Massage: $75 (60 minutes)
– Therapeutic Body Work: Varies based on modalities
Rate Changes:
– Rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice
– Current patients will be notified of any rate adjustments
– Package deals and series pricing available upon request
Insurance Information:
Insurance Coverage:
– We do not directly bill insurance companies
– Payment is due at time of service regardless of insurance coverage
– We provide detailed receipts for insurance reimbursement
Reimbursement Support:
– Detailed receipts include all necessary codes for reimbursement
– We can provide additional documentation if required by your insurance
– Please check with your insurance provider about acupuncture coverage before your visit
Health Savings Accounts:

– Gift giving (except small tokens of appreciation) is discouraged
